《特区少年》是一部由深圳市中小学生自编自演的百集教育系列连续剧，魏宾仁先生担任总导演。本剧以“服务少儿教育，树立社会主义荣辱瞧”为主题，反映当代深圳少年儿童现实生活的百集少儿系列剧。
不多时，骡车到了新居。
城市日益扩张、地产遍地开花的大环境下，马家祖屋的老住户们都住进了商品房。马伯夫妇却坚持住在老屋里面。地产商看中了老屋，欲征收改造成集民俗和餐饮一体的商业空间。马伯不愿意把祖上传下的基业交给别人。地产商软硬兼施，威逼利诱。马伯却不为所动。女儿马文文是传媒精英，对爸爸坚守传统文化的毅力感动，遂以客家文化为内容策划纪录片，并为老屋申请文化遗产保护。父女俩与地产商展开斗智斗勇的行动。
三个从外型、个性、职业、梦想、价值观到衣着品味都截然不同的三个女生，各自因为不同的理由相中同一个房子，又因为各自不同的原因互不相让，最后莫名其妙成了室友，因而展开这一段纠缠不清、好笑有趣、又难分难舍的同居生活……
