II. Operation:
该片讲述生于四川威远的罗世文自幼品学兼优，从海外学成归来立刻投入到革命的大潮中去，带领四川工农红军第一路军奋战到底。抗战爆发后，罗世文回到成都，以公开的共产党人身份投身革命事业，建立联络点，在斗争中抗日救国。1939年年末至1940年初，国民党反动派利用春荒策划暴民抢米事件，借机逮捕共产党人。罗世文被捕后在监狱中，罗世文和车耀先、韩子栋、许晓轩等组织了临时党支部，带领难友同敌人展开坚决的斗争。临死前的一刻，罗世文仍旧利用脚上的破旧皮鞋，传递出自己最后的一份信念，鼓舞着剩下的战友们不屈不挠。
