12月30日，无线电视新剧《食脑丧B》在香港将军澳电视城举行演员造型记者会，艺人江嘉敏，何广沛及陈晓华出席为剧集宣传。江嘉敏在剧中饰演红斑狼疮症患者，至于陈晓华饰演KOL，各自跟何广沛都有感情线。何广沛以丧尸造型现身，他称自己暂时是剧中唯一丧尸。
